Can I start without PayMongo?

Yes. You can use DokEMR with manual billing first, then connect PayMongo later when you are ready to accept online payments from patients.

Is this introductory pricing?

Introductory launch pricing is available now: ₱599/mo (Solo), ₱1,199/mo (Duo), and ₱1,799/mo (Clinic Pro). Regular pricing starts at ₱799/mo, ₱1,499/mo, and ₱2,299/mo respectively.

How long will introductory pricing last?

There’s no fixed end date yet — it’s a launch offer available for now. We’ll give advance notice before regular pricing takes effect, so it’s a good time to start.

Are AI Review and OCR included?

Clinic Pro includes 100 AI review credits/month and 100 OCR pages/month. Solo and Duo keep AI Review and OCR turned off.

Can patients register themselves?

Yes. Clinics can share a registration QR or link so patients can create or link their portal profile.

Can I add users later?

Solo includes 1 Doctor. Duo includes 1 Doctor and 1 Secretary account. Clinic Pro includes 1 Doctor and 4 non-doctor accounts for Med Tech, Secretary, or Encoder users. Larger teams can contact DokEMR for a custom clinic setup.

Can I use this for in-house labs?

Yes. Clinic Pro includes LIS workflows, med tech encoding, and generated lab result PDFs.

Which plan includes Patient Queue?

Duo and Clinic Pro include Patient Queue and the active queue board. The single-doctor Solo plan does not. Every plan includes clinical intake and SOAP notes because every doctor needs clean visit documentation.
